We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager Construction to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
JOB DUTIES:
-- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
-- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
-- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
-- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team
-- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being performed according to specifications and quality standards
-- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
-- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
-- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
-- Proficiency in project management software such as Prolog or similar tools
-- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
-- Excellent time management and organizational skills
-- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
-- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
