- Assist with subcontractor management, procurement, and site logistics
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and documentation to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with architects, engineers, and clients to maintain alignment and resolve issues
- Conduct site visits and help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- 2+ years of experience in construction, ideally within NYC residential projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction documentation, scheduling tools, and project workflows
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferre
