Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support high-end architectural woodworking projects with precision and excellence. As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll collaborate with senior team members and contribute to the planning, organization, and management of multiple projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers by coordinating schedules, materials, manpower, and communication across all project phases
• Analyze shop drawings and prepare project-related logs, reference sheets, and submittals
• Prepare and follow up on transmittals, RFIs, material samples, and shop drawing submissions
• Research buyouts and materials while working closely with the purchasing department
• Maintain accurate project documentation across internal and external systems
• Keep projects updated in the operations system based on production progress
• Assist with project closeout and ensure smooth handoffs
• Travel periodically to project sites as needed

Skills & Experience:

• Education: HSD, required; formal education in a relevant field,
• Experience: 2+ years construction, project management, or manufacturing, required
• Knowledge: Strong time management skills & attention to detail, required
• Software: Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, ProjectPaK, & ShopPAK, required

Pay: $50,000- $90,000/year, depending on experience
Type: Full-time, 1st Shift, On-site
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
