Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager whos eager to roll up their sleeves, learn from the best, and help deliver projects that make a lasting impact across Wisconsin.

This isnt your typical behind-the-desk role. Youll be right in the actionsupporting Project Managers and Superintendents, collaborating with clients and subcontractors, and keeping projects on track from kickoff to ribbon-cutting. What Youll Do (and love doing):

• Partner with our project leaders to keep jobs on time, on budget, and running smoothly.
• Work side-by-side with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractorsbuilding relationships that last.
• Dive into drawings, permits, RFIs, and change orders (no two days look the same).
• Keep projects moving by coordinating schedules, meetings, and updates.
• Be a key player in safety, closeouts, and punch listsmaking sure the job is done right.

What You Bring:

• A background in construction management or related experience (13 years is ideal).
• An eye for detail, a knack for problem-solving, and a lets figure it out attitude.
• Strong communication skillsyou know how to keep people in the loop and on the same page.
• Tech-savvy with project tools and Microsoft Office.
• Most importantly: a desire to grow, learn, and make your mark.
