Job Summary
- Assists with the coordination and direction of long-term or high-profile projects for the company from inception to final product or outcome.
General Accountabilities
- Works directly with Lead Project Managers and Project managers in assisting with the organization and development of projects
- Organizes the individuals and subcontractors necessary to complete the job and coordinates all schedules as required.
- In conjunction with the project manager, ensures that the project moves forward in a timely, cost-effective manner, making changes and adjustments as necessary.
- Evaluates and recommends procedures for data acquisition, management and quality control.
- Evaluates and recommends statistical methods for data analysis, and monitors and interprets results of analysis.
- Motivates and monitors the progress of work performed by team and subcontractors
- Interfaces with customers under the supervision of leadership to exchange information regarding project status
- Plans and participates in meetings, discussion groups and other types of events to promote project visibility.
- Serves as a resource for project information and resolves problems or questions referred by internal and external sources.
- Prepares for final inspections.
- Travels to job sites to confirm work, coordinate with team as needed.

Requirements:
Job Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields of Engineering, Project Management, Business Management
- Active Driver's License with clean driving record
- Experience: 1-3 years of related experience in Construction and/or Building related Project Management
Experience and Education may be substituted for one another depending upon experiences.

Physical Requirements
- Office Environment – indoor with low to moderate noise in office,
