Assistant Project Manager
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in day-to-day operations, planning, and project execution.

Maintain and organize project files and documentation.

Assist with project scheduling and ensure timely updates are communicated to all stakeholders.

Help monitor budgets, job costs, and financial documentation.

Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless information flow.

Draft, send, and follow up on bid proposals.

Help identify and manage project risks.

Support the coordination of field teams and subcontractors.

Ensure project deadlines are met with attention to detail and accuracy.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or leadership team.

Any other duties that may be required.
What We're Looking For

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or construction management coursework a plus.

Experience: Basic understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management .

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Highly organized with strong time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail; accuracy is a must.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit for extended periods.

Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.

Ability to work in an office and occasionally on-site, if needed.
