Assistant Project Manager – CONCRETE

Are you an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking to step up and grow your career with a top-tier SC in Palm Beach County?

We’re working with a well-established general contractor that delivers high-quality commercial projects across South Florida. With a strong pipeline in place and a focus on excellence, they’re now looking for a detail-driven APM to support their Project Management team across all phases of construction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting in the coordination and execution of commercial projects (from pre-construction to closeout)

Supporting communication between subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and clients

Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes

Helping track schedules, budgets, and overall project progress

Document control, reporting, and construction software usage (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)

Occasional site visits and involvement in onsite coordination meetings

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 2–5 years of experience in a construction APM or Project Engineer role

✔️ Commercial or high-end residential construction exposure

✔️ Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field ideal

✔️ Strong organisational and communication skills

✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and construction scheduling tools
