Responsibilities:
- Create projects in Project Management system.
- Gather pertinent information from the PM/Estimator and enter schedule of values
- Review of contracts before submitting for signature and approval
- Order rental equipment or materials as requested by journeymen or project managers
- Ensure rental equipment has been returned in a timely manor
- Oversee team manpower with assistance from the PM’s
- Prepare and upload any plans or documents to Project Management system as requested by PM or journeymen
- Assist in preparations for meetings and presentations
- Pull permits
- Manage your team’s shipping and receiving area
- Manage and control and stay on top of all lighting/gear orders for all projects
- Prepare and obtain all service applications
- Prepare and obtain any energy rebates
- Prepare and track project invoicing and change orders through Procore
- Inform Field team of daily schedule and keep your team’s manpower schedule up to date on Project Management system
- Complete all A.I.A. & billing forms and ensure that billings are submitted on time
- Procure all P & L requests for PM’s
- Procure all Man Hour reports for PM’s
- Obtain travel arrangements for traveling field team members or office staff
- Obtain and return submittals from vendors after PM’s have reviewed and approved
- Review field time sheets for accuracy
- Review and approve all payables
- Alert accounting and Office Manager of any field team members that are working on prevailing wage projects, are working out-of-town or working any shift work
- Provide and assist with manpower forecasting for the PM’s in Project Management system
- Renew state licenses and track for all states
- Create and deliver panel schedules as-needed
- Prep and prepare all project invoices and ensure they are sent out on time and per the contract
- Ensure Unbilled PO list is cleaned up, accurate and we are not missing invoicing for any of our clients
- Complete city Lighting Compliance/’Comm Check’ form when required for projects
- Submitting Close out documents and project warranty letters at project completion
- Assisting PM with Load Calculation Sheets for utility provider
Requirements:
Education: High School or equivalent
Experience:
- Construction Experience 1 year ()
- Project Management 1 year ()
Schedule: Monday to Friday
