Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCONSTRUCTION STEEL COMPANY IN SAN DIEGO, CA
-Responsibilities and duties will consist of:
* Meeting with upper management to review workload and scheduling,
* Coordinating and delegating the work out to the other workers,
* Assembling a schedule to meet deadlines,
* Running orders and compare and evaluate competitive vendor pricing,
* Review project plans, requirements, and specifications in order to help chief estimators provide an accurate bid proposal,
* Planning & scheduling of the workflow of multiple projects through the fabrication process from raw materials to finished product loaded for shipment,
* Delivering, calling, planning, general assistance,
* Ability to multi-task and coordinate multiple on-going projects.
* Maintain bidding deadlines and pricing exercises,
* Report to Project manager and General Manager,
* Good written & verbal communication skills. Spanish as second helpful. English 70%
* Reading & interpreting drawings for fabrication assembly and CAD drawings.
*Experience using Tekla PowerFab, Fabsuite, and FabTrol.
* A plus license or certification: WILLINGNESS TO LEARN,
