This isnt a desk job. Youll be out in the field, supporting experienced engineers, tracking progress, reviewing plans, and helping ensure projects meet the highest standards of safety and quality. Every day brings new challenges, new skills, and the chance to make a real difference in the communities we serve.

What Youll Do

• Assist project engineers with documentation, reports, and technical tasks
• Conduct daily site visits and inspections to monitor progress
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Review traffic control plans, SWPPP compliance, and change orders
• Maintain detailed project records and field notes

What You Bring

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and best practices
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, or Adobe
• Ability to work outdoors in varied terrain and weather
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active on-site

• Valid U.S. drivers license and good driving record
