Job DescriptionAssistant / Junior Planner – Main Contractor - Central London

An established main contractor is looking for an Assistant or Junior Planner to join their growing team and support across a range of their large-scale residential and mixed-use projects in London.
This could be an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years’ experience in planning, or a junior site engineer who’s looking to move into project planning and programming.
The Role:

• Support the Senior Planner in developing and updating construction programmes using Asta Powerproject

\n

• Assist in progress reporting, critical path analysis, and short-term planning

\n

• Gain exposure to pre-construction and tender stage planning

\n

• Database management and administrative support 

\n

• Work closely with project teams to monitor performance and identify potential delays 

\n

Requirements:

\n
• Experience working for a main contractor or developer in a planning or site-based role

\n

• Familiarity with Asta Powerproject (training can be provided

\n

• A proactive attitude, good communication skills, and an interest in progressing into a Planner role

\n
