We are hiring a salaried full-time AOM in our Murfreesboro AND Spring Hill locations.

At a high level, what we need from you:
- Must be available to work between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and perform closing duties of the store
- Assisting in maintaining appropriate shift coverage
- Protect team members and guests by providing a safe and clean store environment – exceeding all health department standards
- Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all standards set by ownership (e.g. serving firm/fresh custard)
- Professional approach to work with openness to learning new things and accepting feedback
- Communicate with potential applicants, interview, onboard, and train all new team members
- Perform inventory counts and product stock management
Necessities:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work various shifts each week
- 3+ years of work experience required
- 1+ years of management experience required
- Food service/QSR experience but not required
