Assistant Manager, Simulation Engineering (005453)
=Objectives of the position=- Support the development of Cellasto® Products for NVH applications (Noise-Vibration-Harshness), especially for automotive industry- Extend our global simulation team of experienced specialists, working in the growing and exciting field of digital product development- Combine expertise in computational methods as well as related engineering know-how to create effective and successful products- Collaborate with our internal and external customers, as a service provider and consultant, with mainly regional focus=Main Tasks=- Support and accompany customer projects of our global Cellasto Business Unit in the field of Computer Aided Product Development, Simulation and Part Design- Perform simulation analysis using our state-of-the-art simulation technologies (FEM, MBS, CFD) in the area of part design & optimization, prediction of product properties, system/vehicle dynamics and/or production processes- Management of own simulation analysis projects, ensuring quality and timing, checking needs & feasibility, ensuring target-oriented solution as well as conformity with internal standards- Provide technical consultancy regarding Computer Aided Product Design and Simulation Methods, and also on specific topics in Cellasto Product Design, Mechanics & Materials, Application, Production Process- Related technical communication, documentation and presentation: external (customers & suppliers) and internal (meetings, workshops, internal web, guidelines)- Provide local contact for regional Cellasto Business Unit and support communication with customers and suppliers - Provide user support for inhouse CAE-software and self-service-simulation tools- Collaboration with global Simulation team. Technical exchange & Know-How transfer.- Assistance in continuous improvement & maintenance of simulation methods of Cellasto Business Unit- Assistance in operation of local simulation infrastructure in cooperation with Global Cellasto Simulation Team=Main requirements=- Education: MSc. in Mechanical Engineering, Computational Engineering or Physics- Professional Experience in Engineering & Simulation for at least 3 years, preferred in automotive industries - Profound practical experiences in application of CAE- and Simulation Technologies, with main focus in Structural Mechanics, especially in Non-Linear Finite-Element-Analysis (FEM). Good skills in 3D CAD, and at least basic skills in System Dynamics (MBS) and mold filling simulation (CFD). Basic knowledge in software development and computer administration.- Experienced in Applied Mechanics and Engineering Design, good know-how in products & technologies of NVH (Noise-Vibration-Harshness) and related elastomeric product solutions - Very good engineering background in the field of Mechanics and Materials, especially for Elastomers (i.e. Structural mechanics & dynamics, Vibration analysis, Durability, Continuum mechanics, Mechanics of materials), as well as in related Material Testing & Production Processes- Very good analytical competencies, as well as convincing communication and presentation skills- Language: English and Chinese (advanced level) in both oral and written请时刻警惕任何可能的招聘欺诈行为!请注意,巴斯夫绝不会在任何情况下向候选人以任何形式收取任何费用。
