Hey Folks,

We are a faith based, family owned, Bible believing and old-fashioned operation. Our main concern is creating an environment that is safe, proficient, professional, and not awkward for our employees and the owner.

Needs someone who has attention to detail for wiping down a counter and catching small things like fingerprints (they can be hard to see), but has the gruff to move ladders and mowers around, figure out problems when janitorial, lawn care, or other equipment comes up with issues. Person needs to be a little more on the laid back side. Flexibility, reliability, and good eyesight is huge. Your shift will either be Tues - Friday or Wed - Sat. Hours can vary each day but we try to do 40 hrs at 4 days per week.

EXPERIENCE FOR THIS JOB TO A CERTAIN DEGREE WOULD BE HELPFUL. However, all employees will be expected to do things the way our company facilitates at present regardless of any experience. What we care about most is attitude and personality for this job.

Payroll comes out once every two weeks.

Job details:

-Window Cleaning

-Lawn Care

-Commercial Janitorial level II: includes running walk behind or sit-down scrub machines.

-Commercial Janitorial level I: Must be able to be proficient with wiping down sinks, toilets, mirrors, door handles, and door glass. Must not miss any trash in the building layout after 2-3 weeks in a particular jobsite.

-Have your own driver's license

-You must own your own vehicle or be able to drive yourself without sharing with someone else.

-Ability to be trustworthy while assisting with training employees

-Must be able to move past probation in 1-2 months. Must adapt quickly. Good with time pressure management.

-Resume must show a fairly unbroken record. Those with sporadic and inconsistent resumes will not be considered.

-Instate or local applications prioritized
