We’re looking for a Building Maintenance Manager to help lead our award-winning operations team in keeping our luxury beachfront community safe, beautiful, and running like clockwork. This is not your average property job – we roll up our sleeves, solve problems, and deliver five-star experiences for our , all while working in paradise.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example alongside our Director of Operations and 11-person team in daily building and grounds maintenance.
• Tackle a wide variety of tasks: from HVAC and plumbing to beach access inspections, safety audits, and contractor coordination.
• Use tech like a pro with our digital work order and maintenance tracking platforms (like BuildingLink).
• Oversee janitorial, maintenance, and pool/beach staff to ensure every inch of the property looks amazing.
• Be part of the front-line team that responds to needs, inspections, and even the occasional tropical storm.
• Support exciting capital projects and help modernize building systems and infrastructure.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours service calls – because beachfront living doesn’t always clock out at 5.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, or property operations.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems and hands-on repair skills across trades (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Tech-savvy with work order systems, digital reporting, and email communication.
• A people-person who’s comfortable working with , vendors, and staff alike.
• Certifications like CPO, Journeyman, or OSHA are a plus – or be ready to get certified.
• You’re reliable, respectful, proactive, and take pride in doing things right the first time.
