POSITION DETAILS:
Role: Assistant Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Sandpoint, ID
Pay: 20.00 to 23.00 per hour
Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime and on-call responsibilities
WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE:
You focus on ensuring smooth maintenance operations for our residential, commercial, and storage properties while supporting the maintenance coordinator. Your role includes managing work orders from tenant requests to scheduling repairs with in-house staff and subcontractors. You also track maintenance logistics by updating the property management system, processing purchase orders and invoices, and maintaining vital documentation. Acting as a key resource for property managers, you provide updates on progress and assist with move-in/move-out tasks, reinforcing our commitment to safety, organization, and tenant satisfaction.
