We’re looking for a sharp, team-oriented Assistant Machine Operator to keep our production line humming! What You’ll Do:

• Run the Show: Safely operate and change over production equipment to keep the line moving.
• Quality Guru: Inspect, measure, and pack products with precision, ensuring flawless seals and accurate counts per our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Team Leader: Guide production line staff to pack and stack like pros, ensuring every box is ready for palletizing.
• Problem Solver: Monitor machines, troubleshoot minor issues, perform preventative maintenance, and know when to call for backup.
• Safety First: Follow safety protocols and report any concerns to keep the workplace secure.

What You Bring:

• Skills: Basic math, English reading/comprehension, and a knack for following SOPs. You’re a team player who communicates clearly and manages time like a pro.
• Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of related experience. On-the-job training can count!
• Mindset: Think outside the box, stay proactive (like reordering parts before they run out), and be flexible to tackle new tasks.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly, with occasional equipment-assisted pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs.
