Assistant QS / Junior QS - Construction\n\nThe Company\n\nMy client are a Specialist Subcontractor, with a reputable name in the industry.\n\nThey undertake bespoke architectural façades across London.\n\nHQ based in central London.\n\nThe Role - Assistant / Junior QS\n\nWorking closely with the Commercial Manager, your role will cover a mixture of tasks including:\n\n * Assisting in the day-to-day administration of commercial activities\n\n * Helping prepare and monitor cost plans, estimates, and valuations\n\n * Involvement in procurement processes, subcontractor liaison, and material tracking\n\n * Supporting site meetings, progress reports, and project documentation\n\n * Learning to manage payments, variations, and contractual obligations\n\n * Ensuring accuracy of data across systems and records\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Previous experience in a commercial role (AQS/Junior QS)\n\n * Passion for construction and commercial management\n\n * Anayltical, proactive approach\n\nAssistant QS / Junior QS / Commercial Assistant
