Assistant General Manager with Landscape Design Experience

Real Landscape Nursery & Design is seeking an Assistant General Manager( with landscape design experience highly ) to aid the company owner with day-to-day operations, including but not limited to new landscape installs, making sure existing customers landscape is properly maintained, fielding customers calls and texts as needed, assisting owner with estimates / designs as needed and tracking employee hours to ensure accuracy via on The Clock App. Must be willing to physically work with the crew as needed.

The ideal candidate should speak fluent Spanish and English, have 2 or more years of landscape experience and at least 5 years landscape management experience. Must be self-motivated and detail oriented. Must work well with our crew and must work well alone as needed.

**Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Also, all candidates' driver's licenses must be cleared by our auto insurance company before an official job offer can be made.**
