Job DescriptionJob Description

·       Prepares and coordinates quantity take-offs with supervision.

·       Communicates with sub-trades and suppliers to ensure understanding of scope of work.

·       Prepare sub-trade tender packages.

·       Assist with the development of the estimate 

·       Communicates with sub-trades and customer for understanding of scope of work.

·       Ability to check and verify one's own quantities using other sources.
