Job Description

ROLE - Assistant Design Manager

COMPANY - A privately owned building contractor with a turnover approaching £1bn and a network of offices across the UK. They have the capability to deliver schemes ranging in value from £5m up to £300m. Sectors covered include commercial offices, residential, education and the industrial/logistics sector.

PROJECT - A high profile entertainment and hotel development in Cardiff worth £250m due to complete in 2027.

RESPONSIBILITIES - As the Asst DM you would be reporting into a Principal Design Manager and working with the support of a DM and Senior DM. You will be given a number of sub-contractors to look after, managing the design process and working closely with the clients design team. You will regularly contribute to design review meetings.
