Required experience and responsibilities:

• Experience working for a GC or Developer as an Asst. Superintendent or PE/FE
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Coordinate, schedule and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, quality control, and job-site management
