Assistant Construction Superintendent

Location: Honolulu, HI

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4:00 PM

Salary: $80k - $90k (DOE)

Express Employment has partnered with a long-standing construction company in Honolulu that is seeking a Assistant Construction Superintendent. This role supports well-established commercial construction operations focused on quality builds, strong field execution, and delivering projects on time and within scope. The Superintendent leads daily jobsite operations, coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across one or more projects.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day construction activities across job sites
• Coordinate foreman, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor schedules, progress, and quality work
• Enforce safety standards and job site organization
• Conduct inspections, track deiciencies, and manage punch lists
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and maintain daily logs
• Communicate project updates with the project team

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Assistant Construction Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong leadership and jobsite coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Knowledge of safety standards and construction processes
• Valid Driver's License
