Assistant Construction Superintendent

Position Overview:

Ironcore Construction LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Construction Superintendent to support the execution of a multifamily residential project in Pasadena, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily construction, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site activities to ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily site walks to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate field documentation including RFIs, daily reports, and progress photos.
• Support the resolution of field issues and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control procedures are followed and assist in punch list completion.
• Represent Ironcore Construction professionally with clients, inspectors, and the public.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in multifamily projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification .
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site full-time.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $115,000 annually, depending on experience.
