- Open to recent graduates with a Construction Management degree or candidates with 1–3 years of construction-related experience

Responsibilities
- Support the Construction Manager in the overall administrative, financial, and technical management of projects
- Work closely with the Construction Manager to help ensure projects are completed according to contract documents, design specifications, budget, and schedule requirements
- Assist with the bid and buyout process, including soliciting and reviewing subcontractor/vendor proposals
- Help prepare project forecasts and month-end financial reporting
- Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, material deliveries, and project logistics
- Participate in onsite client meetings and assist with project communication as needed
- Monitor project quality standards and help ensure expectations are met throughout the construction process
- Attend bi-weekly Construction Management meetings
- Assist with pricing, processing, and distributing change orders to impacted trades and vendors
- Coordinate with municipalities and local agencies to obtain permits and approvals
