What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dependable and skilled maintenance professional with previous experience in the apartment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, great customer service, and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.

Certifications:

• EPA Certification (HVAC)
• CPO Certification (Certified Pool Operator)

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Lead Maintenance Technician with repairs and service requests
• Performing general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the community
• Ensuring satisfaction through timely and professional service
