Location: Atlanta, GA (North Atlanta)
A growing insurance agency seeks an experienced Assistant Account Manager to act as a Technical Assistant/Jr Account Manager to assist the Account Managers, Account Executives and Producers with processing new and renewal commercial business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in issuance, renewals, change/update request, endorsements and/or modification of policies on accounts.
• Perform data entry work, process applications, spreadsheets, insurance documents, letters.
• Distribute legal documents, evidence of insurance, certificates of insurance, automobile ID cards.
• Assist in the underwriting process, maintain information in the database, and documentation utilizing the agency management system.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in commercial insurance account management, with independent agency experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with EPIC ().
