Summary:

Are you interested in taking charge of important financial management functions within a dynamic finance team? As an AVP, Treasury ALM Manger, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, modeling, and reporting on interest rate risk and and overseeing the institution’s balance sheet. Your expertise will also contribute to the oversight of our investment portfolio and the forecasting of organizational revenues.

Essential Responsibilities:

·      Lead all aspects of asset and liability management, including interest-rate-risk and liquidity modeling.

·      Participating in capital market transactions, including asset sales, securitizations, and wholesale purchasing.

·      Ensuring regulatory compliance, including conducting capital and liquidity stress tests, and tracking key financial metrics.

·      Developing and implementing asset and liability management and hedging strategies.

·      Prepare and present ALM reports to management, ALCO, and regulators.

·      Analyzing financial data to understand trends and financial developments.

·      Managing the organization’s short-term cash flow forecasts and coordinating daily treasury operations.

·      Overseeing fixed income investment portfolio management, including due diligence and compliance.

·      Fulfilling additional responsibilities as required and collaborating with team members at various organizational levels.

·      Develop and automate dashboards and reporting.

·      Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; MBA or CFA .
• 10+ years of progressive ALM experience within a credit union, bank, or similar institution.
• Strong knowledge of balance-sheet management, FTP, liquidity modeling, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency with ALM systems such as Empyrean (), QRM, or ZMdesk.
• Technical skills in SQL, VBA, and Python; experience with SAS, R, or similar modeling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and project-management skills.

Salary Range:

$118,000-$180,000/Annual
