Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset, Inventory & Fleet Coordinator to oversee company assets, manage fleet operations, and maintain inventory control. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of company assets across all departments.
  • Track asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Fleet Management:
  • Coordinate vehicle assignments, maintenance schedules, and compliance documentation.
  • Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and service history.
• Inventory Control:
  • Manage tool and equipment inventory, ensuring availability and accountability.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Vendor Relations:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines.
• Reporting:
  • Tracking in Excel and Company software
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking assets, fleet data, and inventory levels.
  • Generate reports for internal use and management review.

Education & Experience:

Basic

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in asset or fleet management, inventory control, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with inventory or asset tracking software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Physical Requirements

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment can be loud. Work is usually done indoors and sometimes (rarely) at a client facility or job site. The incumbent may be expected to travel to other work sites with prior notice.
