Job Description
Asset & Compliance Systems Manager
Rates: £52,000 – £63,000 per annum / £240 day rate
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire - Flexible working
Contract: Permanent or Temporary
About the Role
Sellick Partnership are seeking an experienced Asset and Compliance Systems Manager to lead the development and management of estates and facilities systems within a large, complex organisation. This senior role will focus on ensuring effective asset management, compliance reporting, and the optimisation of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and develop CAFM systems and associated processes.
- Manage asset data integrity and compliance reporting (including PAM and statutory requirements).
- Lead on system upgrades, fault resolution, and staff training.
- Produce accurate performance reports and compliance documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in maintenance planning and operational processes.
- Manage and develop a team, ensuring high standards of performance and customer service
About You
- Degree in IM&T or a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.
- Significant experience in estates or technical management, including data and information systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent IT knowledge, including CAFM systems and MS applications.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience within healthcare estates or asset management environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 55001 and BMS systems
