Assembly Levels I-IV
1st shift 5am-1:30pm weekdays
2nd shift 1:3pm-12am Mon-Thurs
Frequent OT on both shifts
$20-25 depending on skill level and shift
Assembly operations to mass produce various radiators and their cores. We have openings on all 4 levels of the production. All levels require strong work history dates.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Reviews job orders (written or verbal) and determines material needs.
- Selects and assembles proper materials and parts for building specific cores.
- Assembles radiators and cores by performing various manual tasks.
- Inserting fins into fin table; inserting tubes into fins to create core blocks.
- Pressure washing.
- Inspections and testing.
- Maximum lifting requirement (pounds): 100 assisted lifting (infrequently), 50 (occasionally), 25 (frequently).
- Maximum moving requirement (pounds): 100 with assisted lifting
Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years assembly experience for level I, 10+ years experience for level IV, in between for mid tiers
- Ability to read and understand job requirements, shop drawings, bills of material and blueprints.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools i.e. calipers, micrometers, gages, etc.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with others.
- Related technical training (high school or beyond) is desirable but not essential.
- Fork lift operator certification is desirable but not essential.
