Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our final assembly team for our industrial filling machines. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical assembly, thrives on process and organization, and is comfortable working with both tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate components for filling machines, including:
  • Sheet metal parts
  • Electrical cabinets and wiring
  • Sub-assemblies and final systems
• Work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure assemblies meet specifications
• Use ERP software to log work, follow processes, manage inventory, and track shipments/receipts
• Assist with receiving inventory, logging parts, and maintaining organized inventory storage
• Ship sample units, prepare packaging, and complete documentation as required
• Collaborate via Slack and other workflow tools for daily coordination

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly (sheet metal, electrical, or similar)
• Comfortable using hand and power tools, measuring, and reading assembly drawings
• Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., tracking parts, work orders, inventory, etc.)
• Experience following documented processes and quality standards
• Familiarity with inventory management and basic shipping/receiving
• Comfortable using Slack and/or modern workflow communication tools
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability

Bonus Points

• Experience with CAD software or reviewing technical drawings
• Exposure to 3D printing, rapid prototyping, or basic design changes
• Familiarity with CNC machines, lathes, or other fabrication equipment
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment
