Assembly Technician

We are hiring many motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technicians to join our team in Denton, TX.

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling a variety of mechanical and electrical components using basic tools and clear instructions. This hands-on position is ideal for someone reliable, detail-focused, and willing to learn in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow basic diagrams or work instructions to complete tasks
• Ensure product quality by inspecting and testing finished assemblies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with organizational rules, policies, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Able to distinguish colors.
• Basic math skills required (measuring, counting parts)
• Comfortable using hand tools like screwdrivers and cutters.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing over 40 pounds.

Experience:

• Experience working in environments that require attention to detail and precision.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.

Work Schedule: there are two work stations which have different schedule

• Station 1: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (1/2 hour lunch)
• Station 2: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:30pm (1/2 hour lunch)
