Outside IR35 High pay contract opportunity with A Bristol based Avionics client for an experienced engineer to support them with manual assembly tasks in a next aviation development.

Technician Assembly Engineer

The West Bristol based aviation specialist have an opportunity for an Assembly technician to join them working on manual assembly tasks including electrical, electronic, basic machine operations. The client need a technician with good attention to detail and quality, you will need to be able to follow instructions carefully, any experience with the following is also beneficial (but not essential so it is still worth applying even if you do not have it;

- Oscilloscopes

- Drilling

- Fitting

- Data loggers

- Multi-meters

- Data Loggers

- DVMs

- Running basic software programs

- Fault diagnosis

If you don't have experience with the bullet points above the client can re-shuffle internal resource if you have completed any of the following; shock testing, vibration testing, soldering, temperature testing and wiring, harnesses and IPC soldering or assembly.

Any experience cell testing or with batteries is extremely beneficial but not essential.
