Due to steady growth and strong market demand, we’re expanding our team and looking for a reliable Assembly Operator.

Job Summary:

As an Assembly Operator, you’ll work hands-on to assemble mechanical and electronic applications. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure quality standards, meet production schedules, and support a variety of customer-focused manufacturing operations.

Position Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components using hand and power tools
• Follow detailed work instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and meet delivery timelines.
• Assist with quoting, scheduling, and inventory management as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and complete associated documentation.

Minimum Requirements

·        Ability to lift 30+ lbs. and safely operate hand and power tools.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn with support.
• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• U.S. or valid work visa holder.
• Computer proficiency: experience with ERP systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
