Job Description

The Company;\n\nMTrec are currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing company based in the Durham area.\n\nThe Role;\n\n * Cutting, stripping, and preparing wires to specification\n\n * Crimping and assembling components using hand tools such as wire cutters\n\n * Inserting wires into cable heads accurately and efficiently\n\n * Operating air tools to seal cable casings\n\n * Carrying out dexterous assembly work with a high level of precision\n\n * Conducting quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards\n\n * Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures\n\n * Maintaining a clean and organised workspace\n\nThe Person;\n\n * Good attitude towards work and always looking to learn\n\n * Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a similar role is desirable but not essential\n\n * Experience using hand tools\n\n * Physically fit, can be standing at workbenches for majority of shift\n\n * Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity\n\n * Ability to follow instructions and technical specifications\n\n * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality\n\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\n * Positive attitude and willingness to learn\n\nThe Benefits;\n\n * Long term opportunities for the right candidate\n\n * Immediate job start\n\n * Clean working environment\n\n * Permanent day shift hours\n\n * Full training provided\n\n * On site parking\n\nThe Hours;\n\n * Monday – Friday\n\n * 8am – 16:30pm\n\nThe Pay;\n\n * £12.71 per hour\n\n * Weekly payment
