Schedule: Monday – Friday, All Shifts Available (with required daily and weekend overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce quality parts according to standard work instructions and control plans
• Perform post-process checks using gauges, SPC charting, and other quality tools
• Operate manual or motorized walk-behind lifting units to move materials
• Diagnose and reset manual, semi-automatic, and automatic stations
• Complete safety checks, teardowns, and error-proofing inspections
• Maintain clean and organized work areas using 5S principles
• Document daily production counts, quality data, and scrap tickets
• Support process optimization and help train new team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work any shift in a 3-shift operation
• Willingness to work daily and weekend overtime
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous assembly line or manufacturing experience
