Assembly and Test Technician
Thame, Oxfordshire
£26,000 - £28,000 Per Annum + 3% Bonus + Benefits

Assembly and Test Technician Role:
* Assemble and test all products, electrical, mechanical or electromechanical as required by production and sales demands
* Working in a small, efficient production team of 5 people
* The chance to work on high-end, precision devices which are built to the highest standards and shipped to customers globally
* Supporting the timely output and production of products in line with required standards
* Ensure all non-conformances, quality and assembly issues are informed in a timely manner
* Assist in the introduction of new products and processes
* Maintenance of health & safety and 5S in areas of responsibility
Assembly and Test Technician Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience with electromechanical assembly
* Able to follow clear work instructions
* Excellent attention to detail
* Energetic and positive approach to the role
* Experience of product testing in a production environment will be a distinct advantage
* Team player; maintains a positive attitude to work, showing respect for other staff and visitors
* Excellent English skills, both verbal and written
* IT literate
* Experience of manual handling
* Willingness to learn and contribute
Assembly and Test Technician Hours / Benefits:
* Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
