What you’ll do

• Pressure Washing Greasy Parts in Wash Bay
• Cleaning Greasy Parts in the Solvent Tanks
• Cleaning Parts using Electric 4” Grinder with Wire Wheel
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery or equipment.
• Disassemble machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs.
• Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices.
• Industrial Machinery Assembler Mechanic Repair, install, adjust or maintain industrial production and processing machinery.
• Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
• Examine parts for defects such as breakage or excessive wear.
• Operate newly repaired machinery or equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs.
• Analyze test results, machine error messages, or information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems.
• Record parts or materials used and order or requisition new parts or materials, as necessary.
• Record repairs and maintenance performed.
• Demonstrate equipment functions and features to machine operators.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED
• Assembling Bender Rolls & Foot Rolls Experience
• Bearing Housing Installation Experience

Physical Demands

• Stoop, kneel and bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
• Lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Remain in a standing or walking position for extended periods on a daily basis.
