Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and execution of assigned projects in alignment with company goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, earned value metrics, and baseline documentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to ensure design and manufacturing objectives are met.
  • Identify and resolve technical and project risks proactively through issue and change management.
  • Provide consistent project performance reporting, including variance analyses and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations, safety protocols, and internal QA standards (10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, ASME NQA-1)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, construction, or project management discipline (engineering background strongly ).
  • 10+ years or more of hands-on leadership experience delivering large-scale, regulated or high-complexity projects within the energy or advanced technology space.
  • Demonstrated expertise overseeing the design and development of pressure-retaining components and other code-regulated equipment.
  • Solid grounding in recognized project management frameworks and methodologies, including cost, schedule, and performance tracking standards.
  • Proven ability to apply integrated project controls and earned value management practices to measure progress and manage risk.
  • History of leading engineering or design programs governed by federal quality and safety requirements.
  • Must be eligible to participate in projects subject to U.S. Department of Energy export control regulations
