• Collaborate on failure mode and effects analysis to enhance operational reliability.
• Analyze work execution improvements through strategic review.
• Tackle root cause analyses and identify pivotal performance metrics with clarity.

Key Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable industry experience.
• Proficient in reliability concepts and seasoned in RCA.
• Strong expertise in predictive technology and capable with machine health monitoring.
• Proficient communicator who excels in collaboration and technical documentation.
• Problem-solving, mathematics, and decision-making competencies are a must.

• Aspirations to advance into leadership.
