About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple high-performing QSR locations in the Dallas, TX market. The ideal candidate has a passion for people development, strong operational acumen, and a proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction across multiple units.

Candidates with a Hamburger University (HU) certificate or equivalent multi-unit training certification are highly .

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 4–6 QSR units within the assigned territory, ensuring adherence to brand standards, policies, and procedures.

• Lead, coach, and mentor General Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence and financial performance.

• Monitor and analyze unit-level performance metrics including sales, labor, food cost, and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and implement action plans for improvement.

• Recruit, train, and retain top talent across all levels of management.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, labor laws, and brand-specific guidelines.

• Lead store openings, remodels, or rebranding efforts when necessary.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, growth strategy, and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations.

• Proven leadership and people development skills; able to manage a diverse team across multiple locations.

• Strong financial and analytical capabilities; able to interpret P&L reports and drive performance improvements.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High energy, hands-on leader with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel between locations is required.

• HU (Hamburger University) certificate or equivalent brand leadership development program .

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
