Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 negotiable + commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager

Roofing Solar Panels / Systems will involve:

Field sales position selling a manufactured range of in-roof solar panel systems

Majority of your time will be spent managing existing electrical wholesaler, solar distribution and roofing merchants accounts such as: CEF

The remaining portion of your time will be spent stimulating demand with house developers, roofing installers and contractors

Turnover target tbc (will be based on experience)

Will be expected to carry out on-site demonstrations

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager

Roofing Solar Panels / Systems with:

Must have worked for or sold to electrical wholesalers, distributors, roofing merchants or builder merchants

Must be have hands on roofing / building product experience

Ideally direct electrical, roofing or solar product sales experience

Excellent territory planning skills
