We are a leading waste-management service company dedicated to providing sustainable solutions for waste reduction and management. We specialise in the sales of compactors and balers designed to help businesses reduce waste volume and minimize environmental impact. With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth in the South London to South East Coast territory.
- Basic salary £27k-£32k DOE + uncapped commission, company car and benefits package
- OTE forecasted at £52k
- Fully remote role – candidates need to live and be able to commute within the South London to South East Coast territory
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in waste management, equipment sales, or a related industry

Area Sales Manager Overview:
- Take ownership of the South London to South East Coast territory, including developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Understand customer needs and provide tailored waste-management solutions
- Become an expert in our range of compactors and balers, effectively communicating their benefits and features to potential clients
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services, highlighting the value they bring to businesses
- Maintain a well-organised sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using our CRM system

Area Sales Manager Requirements:
