A leading industrial services company (name confidential) is looking for an Area Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the operational and financial performance of multiple field offices.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, improving processes, and driving business results.

What You'll Do

? Own regional P&L performance (EBIT, revenue, backlog, cash flow)
? Lead a team across multiple locations and build an engaged, safety-first culture
? Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company growth goals
? Streamline operations, integrate acquisitions, and standardize best practices
? Champion quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

?? 8+ years of experience in operational leadership (industrial or service-based )
?? Strong financial and strategic thinking
?? Proven team builder and change agent
??? Knowledge of OSHA, safety regulations, and compliance standards
?? Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related (MBA a plus)
