How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead project teams through all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration
- Manage budgets, schedules, and deliverables for civic, academic, and healthcare projects
- Mentor junior staff and elevate technical standards, particularly in Revit/BIM workflows
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and agencies to ensure project success
- Drive business development by maintaining client relationships and pursuing new opportunities
- Ensure design solutions meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements
Are You a Senior Architectural Project Management Rock Star?
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Architectural licensure in Georgia or NCARB certification
- 5-10+ years of experience managing institutional projects (civic, education, or healthcare)
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and architectural documentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
