We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Project Manager with a strong background in retail, restaurant, and commercial architecture. This role requires exceptional technical knowledge of architecture, building, and construction, along with the ability to confidently represent our company to clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects at various stages, setting priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Consult with clients to define functional and spatial requirements, ensuring designs meet aesthetic standards and comply with building regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation of complete Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications.
  • Handle contract administration, negotiations, budget monitoring, and billing.
  • Prepare and review technical documents for accuracy through Quality Assurance checks at all project phases.
  • Resolve complex technical/design issues and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

  • Education & Licensure:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
    • Registered Architect highly
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 10 years as an architect (15 years )
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and client interaction abilities
    • Proven leadership and team mentoring experience
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Word, and Excel
    • Comprehensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices
    • Ability to manage all phases of project development from schematic design through contract administration
    • Strong commitment to quality and attention to detail
