Large General Contractor seeks experienced Architectural Construction Administrator to join our preconstruction - design phase services team as Preconstruction Services Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience with commercial, institutional, or educational projects.
- Minimum 3 years' experience on Public Works projects.
- Must have outstanding team leadership skills, diplomacy, high energy.
- Good people skills and ability to communicate with Owners, Design Team, and Subcontractors.
- Strong computer skills, including Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and PowerProject.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Constructability assessment, document quality assessment, site analysis, budgeting, scheduling, design team management, subcontractor scoping and bidding, and overall management of our preconstruction services.
- Work in our main office located in Murrieta
- Travel to meetings as required
