Architect – Residential
Up to £40,000
Our client is an established and design-focused architectural practice looking to welcome a skilled Architect into its collaborative team. With a strong emphasis on sustainable design, the studio delivers a mix of contemporary and traditional residential schemes, providing exposure to a broad and high-quality project portfolio.
In this role, you will be involved across several projects and RIBA stages, playing a key part in both design progression and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:
Prepare and develop design concepts, including planning submission packages
Produce accurate and detailed technical drawings for Building Regulations and construction
Support the compilation of tender documentation
Contribute to project delivery across RIBA Stages 2–4
Liaise effectively with colleagues, consultants, and external stakeholders
Assist in resolving design and technical challenges
Work with and help develop Revit modelsSkills & Experience needed for this Architect role:
At least 2 years’ professional experience within the UK
Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with experience using Revit
Strong background in producing technical information and drawing sets
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
Experience within the residential sector (new build and/or heritage projects)
Clear communication and strong organisational abilities
A team-oriented and proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail
Interest in sustainable architecture and low-energy design principles
ARB registration (or working towards) is advantageousWhat’s on Offer:
