Job Description

Architect – Newcastle upon Tyne

Residential focus | Established design studio

We’re working with a respected architectural and urban design practice of around 28 people who’ve built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across the North of England.

With a healthy workload and long-standing relationships with major housebuilders, they’re now looking for an Architect to join their growing team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and delivering residential layouts and developments for major housebuilders
• Producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating with in-house Urban Designers and Technicians
• Working through all RIBA stages, from concept to delivery
• Ensuring projects meet planning, design and buildability requirements
• Visiting sites and collaborating directly with clients and consultants

What they’re looking for:

• Qualified Architect (ARB registered or equivalent)
• Experience within residential or housing-led design
• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Excellent technical knowledge with a creative approach
• Collaborative attitude and attention to detail
• Driving licence (for site visits)
